Return Policy
Items purchased on pea-kew.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

Submit the Return Form to initiate your return.
Once your form is received, our Customer Care team will review it. Within one business day, you’ll be sent a Return Authorization via email. This confirmation is required in order for us to process your return. -
After receiving your Return Authorization, please ensure that all item(s) you plan to send back are in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns that fail to meet these criteria cannot be approved or refunded. - All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels, and recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method for your return. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in the Netherlands, as indicated in your Return Authorization email.

Additional guidance on completing your return will be provided by our Customer Care team in the Return Authorization email.
Once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed. Should your return not comply with the above conditions, the product(s) will be shipped back to you, and your refund request will be declined. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page or by emailing info@pea-kew.com, including photos of the issue, so our team can assist you promptly.
