All of our products are carefully shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, tracked delivery method (PostNL or DHL). We offer free shipping on orders over €100. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

Once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments cannot be made. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking link, and delivery will occur within the estimated timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

For orders under €100, the following shipping costs apply:

PEA & KEW processes and ships orders on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@pea-kew.com within 5 business days. Kindly include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
